Kingsmere Sports Pavilion Bicester, Oxfordshire
J Tomlinson’s were commissioned to design and build a new sports pavilion to service the newly built Kingsmere village in Bicester. Works were undertaken on a green field site; works commenced in early November 2016 with top soil strip and are due to complete in August.
Working with J Tomlinson’s we helped to develop their design with both value engineering and various design inputs. Areas include the Sports Pavilion, Main Car Park and Service Yard. An existing watercourse ditch dissects the site down the centre and meticulous environmental controls implemented to prevent pollution or affecting local wildlife and aquatic habitat.
